Impact Prevention Loan Program
Fannie Mae has joined with the
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the State of
Florida to make consumer installment loans at competitive
interest rates available to homeowners in Florida for the
purpose of making certain disaster prevention improvements.
While it is expected that this
program will spread from Florida throughout the United States,
the date has not yet been determined for expansion. Many banks
and other financial institutions across the United States
offer different loan programs that would enable you to undertake
these actions and protect your family.
